We moved about three weeks ago, Harvey, Heidi, and Duke all did well on the trip, we did not use the sedatives for the trip on any of them, stopped on the way twice and they arrived in D- fine.
Heidi (cat) is the one who has greatly improved! The first 3 days Heidi (cat) stayed in the garage and was scared, but then we left the garage door open and she gradually ventured and now(with new ID tags) has the run of the neighborhood. Empty lot next door and we live on a very quiet street-cul de sac, backing to a pond.
We stopped feeding her Fancy Feast(I bit the bullet and left her dry food and she finally started eating it and now eats pretty well-she is still skinny but her coat is out of this world). She has two litter boxes in the garage for at night and no more diarrheas! She is now our indoor/outdoor kitty doing very well.
Harvey now has a covered patio and his padded bed and a bed off the floor like at those pet hotels. He watches the geese on the pond and has beagles next door that the lady shows.
Now for the humans- Katie and Kelly both say hello, they came to visit last week and it was the first time they ever saw the house, they lived it and the view. We are 30 minutes north of D- in a suburb called P-. We all can never thank you enough for the wonderful care and opportunities you have given our family(Furry and Human).
Please if you are ever in D-, call us and stop by. You are always welcome in our home

Dear Dr. Fernandez and Staff,
The flowers were lovely – They were a bright spot during the holiday without my kids.
Thank you all for the care and love you showed to all my kids. They were treated like “family”, and they were happy to stay with you. Well, most of the time. Tiffany always grumbled. J
I hope to adopt some new kids later this year. Right now, though, my heart has a big hole that needs time to heal.
Thank you, again for taking care of Pooh, Cygnus, Bart, and Tiffany. They were really great friends and wonderful companions.
My God continue to bless you in you work to heal and comfort his small animals.

Dr. Fernandez, Dr. Tischer, and Staff,
As new clients, I want to thank you for all help, care, concern and always so pleasant and professional. It has been a real comfort to me, and I know to Tiny.
With my own health, it took me 3 years before I felt confident enough and stable physically to try and replace the shelter dog I had for 14 years (needless to say, I really feared these last few days). My other pets (children!) were all shelter or “puppy mill” and they, too, were troopers. The one I lost last had pancreatitis, had to have knee sockets surgically made as hers never developed being in a small cage with 25 others, etc, etc.
So I’ve been down road with some of these little ones, even testified to help get one puppy mill shut down.
I thank you all very much and look forward to feeling securein knowing you are there and care so. Everyone had same wonderful demeanor with us.
Hope not to see you again soon-ha ha! But appreciate having you!
Respectfully,
Deborah H- and Tiny

To Everyone at Stone Oak Vet Clinic,
Thank you so much for taking such good care of Sophie. You were always so kind to her and treated her like she was special. When I was boarding her or at the end when she was sick, I always knew she was in the best hands.
Also, the reception staff was the best that I have seen. Everyone was always very polite and kind.
Thank you for all your compassion and care

Dear Dr. Fernandez and Staff,
Thank you so much for taking Nikki and trying to find her a home. I want to apologize for being so emotional. It has been a year of loses in my family. My 54 year old brother passed away suddenly in May, then my husband Terry and three weeks after that I lost my 20 year old nephew. Along with losing dogs and finally the house, it has been more than I could handle. Thanks for your caring and consideration for Nikki

Dear the Entire Staff,
I would like to thank you for everything you did to help my dog “Ears”. From the medical attention to the personal attention He and I received, I can honestly it has made this difficult time less painful.
I know you are a busy office but every time I came to visit “Ears” during his hospital stay I was comforted in knowing you understood the situation.
All of you are FANTASTIC!!
Thank you
